Follow the same progression through all three sections, focusing on keeping your playing controlled, consistent, and naturally connected to the groove.

As the tempo increases, focus on maintaining the same rhythmic accuracy and control. Progress from the metronome to hi-hat and snare references while developing a stronger internal pulse and becoming less dependent on the metronome click.

Apply your rhythmic control to faster, simple drum grooves. Keep your playing precise and relaxed while locking into the groove and maintaining consistent synchronization as the tempo becomes more demanding.
REAL DRUMMER GROOVES
Move into more natural and dynamic drum performances at medium and faster tempos. Your goal is no longer simply to follow the drums, but to lock in with the drummer while maintaining accuracy, control and a steady internal sense of time.
