For physical products, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen days from the date of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If a product arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within seven days of delivery in order to arrange a replacement or refund.

With respect to lessons and services, scheduled sessions may be rescheduled provided that adequate prior notice is given. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.
